▪️Кондитерская фабрика «Большевик» — одно из старейших и крупнейших в России предприятий кондитерской промышленности, основанное Адольфом Сиу в 1855 году. Уже к 1900 торговый дом имел сеть фирменных магазинов в Москве, Петербурге, Киеве и Варшаве. А в 1913 году началось производство того самого печенья «Юбилейное», выпущенного к 300-летию дома Романовых.

▪️Founded by Adolph Siu in 1855 the Bolshevik Confectionery Factory is one of Russia's oldest and largest confectionery companies. Already by 1900 the factory had a network of company stores in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kiev and Warsaw. In 1913 company released the production of the "Yubileynoe" cookie for the 300th anniversary of the Romanov dynasty.
▪️Its shape became the source of inspiration for the ARCHIPÉLAGO designers to create a same-name piece of furniture. Link in bio.
